/ September 29, 2012That rule of statutory law as constructed which seeks to overturn and displace common law and principles identified in Bouvier’s 1856 Law Dictionary and its maxims operates to overturn the Constitution upon which the interpretations and its construction were founded.
Corporate law was never meant to be the spirit of law, nor the means to acquire the spirit of law. Corporate law seeks immunity where none can be granted, and personal obligations consistent with enslavement, all of the benefit none of the responsibility nor accountability.
How can humans live under such artificial interpretation of human relations as to be accountable to an object alone, the corporation?
