America Never Declared War, So War Crimes Don’t Apply ???


Is America at war with Iraq? How about Afghanistan? Pakistan?

The answer to these questions is perhaps the most important concept that the citizens of the republic of the United States can possibly understand.

The answer is… NO!

No legal or constitutional declaration of war has ever been stated, and therefore America is not officially in a state of war. And the implications of this are more far reaching than any of us realize.

Why is this fact so vitally important to the heath and welfare of America?

If you understand nothing else about the so-called “war on terror”, I wish it to be this: without an official declaration of war by way of congressional decree under Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution of the United States, America has no authority or legitimacy to attack, occupy, kill, or enter forcibly into another country. The president of the United States cannot declare war; only the congress can approve war. This means that our president, his cabinet, the Congress, and judicial branches of government are all in violation of our most cherished laws under the Constitution of the United States.

The following are the reasons this fact is so important to comprehend, and why if we don’t stop this from continuing to occur – in Pakistan, then Iran, and eventually in our own beautiful, once free United States itself – We The People of the United States of America will lose everything our Constitution grants to us.

—-> The Geneva Convention – this set of documents, of which America is a signatory, are international treaties binding all States that have accepted them. Almost every State in the world has signed the Geneva Conventions. The 1st and 2nd Geneva Conventions straight forwardly state that the sick, wounded and shipwrecked must be cared for humanely and adequately by the enemy state. “Combatants” must treat members of the enemy armies who are wounded, sick or shipwrecked as carefully as they would treat their own injured or sick. All efforts must be made to collect the dead quickly, to confirm death by medical examination, and to identify bodies and protect them from robbery. Medical equipment must not be intentionally destroyed, and medical establishments and vehicles must not be attacked, damaged or prevented from operating even if they do not contain patients. The 3rd Geneva Convention states: “Relative to the Treatment of Prisoners of War” members of the armed forces who fall into enemy hands are to be considered without exception to be in the power of the enemy State, not in the hands of the individuals or troops who have captured them. The state is therefore responsible for their soldier’s treatment of POW’s.

The convention clearly states that Prisoners of war MUST BE:

– Treated humanely with respect for their persons and their honor.

– Enabled to inform their next of kin and the Central Prisoners of War Agency (ICRC, the International Red Cross) of their capture.

– Allowed to correspond regularly with relatives and to receive relief parcels.

– Allowed to keep their clothes, feeding utensils and personal effects.

– Supplied with adequate food and clothing.

– Provided with quarters not inferior to those of their captor’s troops.

– Given the medical care their state of health demands.

– Paid for any work they do.

– Repatriated if certified seriously ill or wounded, (but they must not resume active military duties afterwards).

– Quickly released and repatriated when hostilities cease.

In addition, prisoners of war MUST NOT BE:

-Compelled to give any information other than their name, age, rank and service number.

– Deprived of money or valuables without a receipt (and these must be returned at the time of release).

– Given individual privileges other than for reasons of health, sex, age, military rank or professional qualifications.

– Held in close confinement except for breaches of the law, although their liberty can be restricted for security reasons.

– Compelled to do military work, nor work which is dangerous, unhealthy or degrading.

The fourth Geneva Convention is: “Relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War”, all individuals “who do not belong to the armed forces, take no part in the hostilities and find themselves in the hands of the Enemy or an Occupying Power”

Protected civilians MUST BE:

– Treated humanely at all times and protected against acts or threats of violence, insults and public curiosity.

– Entitled to respect for their honour, family rights, religious convictions and practices, and their manners and customs.

– Specially protected, for example in safety zones, if wounded, sick, old, children under 15, expectant mothers or mothers of children under 7.

– Enabled to exchange family news of a personal kind. – Helped to secure news of family members dispersed by the conflict.

– Allowed to practise their religion with ministers of their own faith. Civilians who are interned have the same rights as prisoners of war. They may also ask to have their children interned with them, and wherever possible families should be housed together and provided with the facilities to continue normal family life. Wounded or sick civilians, civilian hospitals and staff, and hospital transport by land, sea or air must be specially respected and may be placed under protection of the red cross/crescent emblem.

Protected civilians MUST NOT BE:

– Discriminated against because of race, religion or political opinion. – Forced to give information.

– Used to shield military operations or make an area immune from military operations.

– Punished for an offense he or she has not personally committed. – Women must not be indecently assaulted, raped, or forced into prostitution.

In reference to torture, the Geneva Convention states:

“Prisoners of war must at all times be humanely treated. Any unlawful act or omission … causing death or seriously endangering the health of a prisoner of war in its custody is prohibited, and will be regarded as a serious breach of the present Convention. Likewise, prisoners of war must at all times be protected, particularly against acts of violence or intimidation and against insults and public curiosity.

“No physical or mental torture, nor any other form of coercion, may be inflicted on prisoners of war to secure from them information of any kind whatever. Prisoners of war who refuse to answer may not be threatened, insulted, or exposed to any unpleasant or disadvantageous treatment of any kind.”

“Prisoners of war shall enjoy complete latitude in the exercise of their religious duties, including attendance at the service of their faith, on condition that they comply with the disciplinary routine prescribed by the military authorities.”

“The following acts are and shall remain prohibited … cruel treatment and torture; … Outrages upon personal dignity, in particular, humiliating and degrading treatment; “

“Individual or mass forcible transfers, as well as deportations of protected persons from occupied territory … are prohibited, regardless of their motive.”

So, this certainly and without a doubt states that torture is specifically not permitted under these conventions. So why is our government and military (and private security forces contracted by the U.S. government) torturing, maiming, raping, humiliating, water-boarding, and mistreating prisoners and civilians and getting away with it? Why hasn’t anyone called foul: a violation of the Geneva Conventions against innocent civilians and prisoners of war?

Quite simply, it’s because no declaration of war was ever legally made. This is key to understanding America’s disposition…

– No declaration of war means there are no official prisoners of war.

– No declaration of war means the Geneva conventions do not apply.

– No declaration of war means that U.S. soldiers can do whatever they please with no repercussions, since the convention that places responsibility for our soldier’s actions onto the state do not apply.

– No declaration of war means that we are occupying another country or “state” against Article 1, Section 8 of the constitution, which states:

“The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States …To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water… To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years…”

The term “enemy combatants” has replaced the terms “prisoner of war” and “civilians”.

Proof of this fact – that no war has been declared in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, etc… can be found in the following, which aired on CSPAN in October 2002:

During the October 2nd  and 3rd, 2002 House International Relations Committee hearing on the Iraq resolution, Ron Paul introduced an amendment which actually would have simply and officially declared war against Iraq. The following is that simple amendment, which would have put the United States legally and constitutionally at war and, more importantly, subject to Geneva Convention guarantees and other war crimes documents:

AMENDMENT TO H. J. RES. Ll

To be titled: “Joint Resolution declaring a state of war between the United States and the Government of Iraq

OFFERED BY MR. PAUL

– Strike all after the resolving clause and insert the following: ‘‘That pursuant to article I, section 8 of the United States Constitution, a state of war is declared to exist between the United States and the Government of Iraq and the President is hereby authorized and directed to employ the United States Armed Forces to carry on war against the Government of Iraq and to bring the conflict to a successful conclusion.”

Mr. Paul also stated earlier of the resolution, as it existed without his amendment:

“We are giving the President the authority to defend the national security of the United States against the continuing threat posed by Iraq. In other words, we are transferring the power to declare war to the President. He can declare the war and fight the war when he pleases. And that is number one. Number two, equal to number one; (the president will) enforce all relevant United Nations Security Council resolutions. In this bill that we are working on, they mention United Nations 32 times — I am sorry, 25 times. They never mention article 1, section 8, once.”

The committee put Rep. Paul’s amendment to rest (into the trash) with no dissenting votes, and on the afternoon of 10/03/02, the House International Relations Committee passed this resolution, which gave the president (Bush) the power to send our armies into Iraq without a formal declaration of war by congress, without consideration of the unconstitutional act of preemptively attacking a state or country which poses no imminent threat to the United States according to Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution, and without the international constraints of the Geneva Convention or any war crimes legislation to restrain our troops from committing heinous acts of torture and violence against innocent woman and children, civilians, Iraqi resistance to foreign invaders, dogs, cats, livestock, or any other living thing in Iraq while “just following orders”.

And now, President Obama has sent troops illegally and unconstitutionally to Pakistan, without an official Congressional declaration of war. He has withdrawn troops from Iraq and Afghanistan and replaced them with even more private security “peace-keepers” like Blackwater (who changed its name to Xe due to such horrible publicity and war crimes charges). And he is about to make the mistake of “preemptively” invading and attempting to occupy Iran, which would be a fatal error in foreign relations considering Iran’s alliance and friendship with both China and Russia.

But then, Obama’s mentor Zbigniew Brzezinski has been after a conflict with Russia since his post as National Security Advisor in the Carter and Reagan administrations.

-Brzezinski advised Carter in 1978 to engage the People’s Republic of China and traveled to Beijing to lay the groundwork for the normalization of relations between the two countries. This also resulted in the severing of ties with the United States’ longtime anti-Communist ally the Republic of China. Also in 1978, Polish Cardinal Karol Wojtyła was elected Pope John Paul II—an event which the Soviets believed Brzezinski orchestrated.

In 1979 Brzezinski saw the overthrow of US ally the Shah of Iran, and the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan. The Iranian Revolution precipitated the Iran hostage crisis, which would last for the rest of Carter’s presidency. Brzezinski anticipated – indeed some some have claimed he even engineered [Matthew Carr, The Infernal Machine: A History of Terrorism from Alexander II to Al-Qaeda, chapter 10.] the Soviet invasion, and, with the support of Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and the PRC, he created a strategy to undermine the Soviet presence. – [Wikipedia: Zbigniew Brzezinski]

Brzezinski has had his hands in almost all American conflicts and foreign relations, from Red China to Iran Contra to Russia to Afghanistan to Vietnam. In 1981 Brzezinski revealed that he encouraged the Chinese to support Pol Pot. This was part of a wider policy of forcing the Vietnamese out of Cambodia by funding anti-Vietnamese guerrilla groups that the U.S. helped create. [America Abroad – TIME Magazine]

Understanding that Obama is a student of and was mentored by Zbigniew Brzezinski is imperative to understanding the mentality and intentions of our president and his multitude of not-elected, appointed cabinet members. From Obama’s Chief of Staff – duel Israeli citizen Raum Emanuel, to foreign born Special Adviser Henry Kissinger, these elitist appointees rule our elected officials.

To further decry the importance of the illegality and unconstitutionality of the occupation of Iraq, Afghanistan, and Pakistan… a memo was given by White House Counsel Alberto Gonzales, dated January 25, 2002, urging President George Bush to declare the war in Afghanistan exempt from the Geneva Convention. In the memo, the corrupted White House lawyer referenced the 1996 law passed by Congress known as the “War Crimes Act”, which banned any American from committing war crimes – defined in part as “grave breaches” of the Geneva convention. The memo warns that the law applies to “U.S.  officials” and that punishments for violators “include the death penalty.” (NewsWeek, May 17, 2004)

Shortly after Gonzales’ memo came out, Secretary Powell wrote a dissenting memo arguing that Alberto Gonzales’ attempt to declare the war in Afghanistan exempt from the Geneva convention undermines more than a century of U.S. policy and practice. In that memo, he states:

“It will reverse over a century of U.S. policy and practice in supporting the Geneva conventions and undermine the protections of the law of war for our troops, both in this specific conflict and in general. … It may provoke some individual foreign prosecutors to investigate and prosecute our officials and troops. … We will be challenged in international forums (UN Commission on Human Rights; World Court; etc.).”

On March 19, 2003, despite these warnings by Powell and others, Bush (not Congress) declared a preemptive war in Iraq.

This one act alone – especially since it was proven that no “weapons of mass destruction” were anywhere near Iraq, nor that Iraq had the capability to produce such weapons, nor that Iraq or Sadam Huesain had anything to do with the destruction of the World Trade Center Towers 1, 2, and 7 and the attack on the pentagon – and since Iraq posed no “imminent threat” to the United States, constitutes a “grave breach” of the Geneva Convention, which states:

“Law enforcement officials shall not use firearms against persons except in self-defense or defense of others against the imminent threat of death or serious injury, to prevent the perpetration of a particularly serious crime involving grave threat to life, to arrest a person presenting such a danger and resisting their authority, or to prevent his or her escape, and only when less extreme means are insufficient to achieve these objectives. In any event, intentional lethal use of firearms may only be made when strictly unavoidable in order to protect life.” (United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva, Fall 1990)

The U.S. Military Code specifies that it is a crime to violate the Geneva convention:

“Whoever, … commits a war crime, … shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for life or any term of years, … and if death results to the victim, shall also be subject to the penalty of death. … Definition: As used in this section the term ‘war crime’ means … a grave breach in any of the international conventions signed at Geneva 12 August 1949 [or acts] prohibited by Article 23, 25, 27, or 28 of the Annex to the Hague Convention IV, Respecting the Laws and Customs of War on Land, signed 18 October 1907 … ” (Section 2441: U.S. Military Code on War Crimes)

Also, after WWII in 1945, the United States led the formation of the “Nuremberg Principles” which formed the United Nations Charter. This charter binds every country in the world. It defines as a crime:

“Planning, preparation, initiation or waging of a war of aggression or a war in violation of international treaties, agreements or assurances…”

I could go on and on with countless violations of the Geneva Conventions, war crimes, Nuremburg principles, etc… but what would be the point? We are not at war.

This one little fact that has been overlooked and not reported by the media is the key to ushering in peace. Acknowledging it would mean the end of these illegal and unconstitutional occupations of innocent countries, and the unwarranted murder and impoverishing of whole populations. It would mean that torture, outrageous POW camps like Guantanamo Bay, and any other war crimes committed by this administration, our troops and Blackwater thugs overseas, and crimes against Americans themselves would be treated as such and punishable by the Geneva Conventions and other war crimes treatises.

The new president continues to abuse the jargon of the previous administration, calling for a “war on terror”. This is ridiculous, and is about as winnable as a war on mosquitoes. This war on terror can best be described as a never ending, un-winnable war, which will continue to allow the United States and the United Nations to invade and terrorize any country, any home, and even any American who challenges the corporate fascist control of America and abroad.

While we as mindless sheep continue to refer to the events in the middle east as:

the “war in Iraq

thewar in Afghanistan”

the new “war in Pakistan

and the impending “war with Iran” – which will no doubt lead to something akin to awar with the world”…

These politicians and appointed officials are making fortunes for their lobbyists and elitist co-conspirators though the corporations they own, chair, direct, advise, and profit from by awarding no-bid contracts to them in these occupied countries, but only after our military destroys them to create the need for reconstruction.

It is time for the American people to wake up and take responsibility for the war crimes and human rights violations that our government is perpetrating against the people, the families, and the innocents of the Middle-East. This will not stop until they have taken over, through the United Nations, all of the nation-states, not excluding our own. We, as responsible citizens can no longer afford to ignore these crimes. For the only other way that this will stop, is for the citizenry to stand up and say, “NO MORE KILLING”

We must do something now… for the hour is late, and every innocent death is on all of our hands. And they get bloodier by the hour.

Diplomacy and Barack Obama: The Audacity Of The Nobel Prize Committee


Barack Obama and diplomacy do not belong in the same sentence:

He has reinstated the Patriot Acts.

He has invaded Pakistan.

He continues to invade Afghanistan.

He pulled troops out of Iraq… only to replace them with even more private security “police” – a privately funded army.

He is about to make the biggest blunder in history… by attacking Iran.

He allows Israel to continue it’s genocidal violence and stealing of land from the Palestinians by giving billions of tax dollars to Israel.

He refuses to use diplomacy to require Israel to sign the nuclear non-proliferation treaty, while threatening attack against Iran (who is a signatory) for the false propaganda that Iran is in the process of building its first nuke. Israel, meanwhile, has enough warheads to blow up the planet.

He continues to support troops in the streets in America, against the Constitution.

He has helped the United Nations to implement forced abortion policies in Africa.

He has done nothing of any significance at all as President of the United States, except to ruin any modicom of freedom and Constitutional liberty we have left.

So, to the Nobel Prize Foundation, I must ask once again… where do you come up with this stuff?

It’s actions like these that make me hope that there is a God, so that your souls are judged and you burn in condemnation of your treachery and contempt of the human race. That includes you too Obama. For accepting this award is akin to stealing from church, as someone good and deserving will now not recieve recognition for his or her work – not that the Nobel Prize Foundation would ever do anything to promote real diplomacy or peace.

First Al Gore, and now Obama? I am now convinced that this foundation is completely corrupt and should be rejected, boycotted, and made a mockery of.

The Not So New Declaration of Independence


I was reading the Declaration of Independence the other day (an act every one of you should do while it is still relevant and applicable) and I came upon the following section. It is the charges brought against King George, the King of Great Britain in 1776, by the 13 colonies as grounds for the Declaration of Independence.

What struck me the most was that of these charges: if but a few words, names, and institutions were replaced by current ones, including the United Nations, the followingwould be as extremely relevant today as they were in those tyrannical times.

Here are those charges:

Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity, which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

  • He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
  • He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.
  • He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.
  • He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.
  • He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.
  • He has refused for a long time, after such disolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.
  • He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.
  • He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers.
  • He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.
  • He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance.
  • He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.
  • He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.
  • He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:

  • For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:
  • For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:
  • For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:
  • For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury:
  • For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences
  • For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighbouring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fitinstrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies:
  • For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:
  • For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.
  • He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.
  • He has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.
  • He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to compleat the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.
  • He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.
  • He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

Now, I don’t know about you… but I was taken aback by the similarities between these “grievances” and the same ones I have for our current administration.

Perhaps it is time that, like many states that have reasserted their sovereignty from the federal government, “We The People” should restate our grievances once more.

It wouldn’t take much, for sitting in a museum nearby is a brilliant document that is already written, and which we could just dust off and re-use for our quite similar purpose.

  • Replace King with “President”,
  • Great Britain with the “United Nations “and the“Federal Reserve”,
  • and the Colonies with the “United States”.

Suddenly, we have a document which cries for attention, which needs redistribution, and which holds the key to our liberty.

Just a thought…

End The Fed Through Organized Graffiti


I was thinking… what is the best way to get the message out to ordinary uninformed people who will never otherwise be exposed to activism and the truth about the federal government and other things that affect everyone in this country? What is the best, most inexpensve advertising media we could use?
I came to only one conclusion…

Since our dollar is worthless paper anyway, what if we all write or get stamps that say something political on our money? If we each say something that will make people who spend these backed-by-nothing fiat currency notes think, maybe it would make them stop and realize what it is they are holding – IOU’s that have no real value unless they are agreed upon as payment for services or products between two people!

Since everyone in America uses these Monopoly Money – Federal Reserve Notes, everybody would be exposed to the reality of this debt cycle we are tyrannically living under. We could place website names exposing the Fed for what it is: an illegitimate, unconstitutional, mafia-like crime syndicate whose time for exposure and ratification has come.

I suppose we should do this before we are forced into a cashless society, eh?

Of course, since the federal government still exercises it’s illegitimate power over the supposed freedom of speech by Americans, we the people should only write or stamp on the perimeter area (white border) of these funny money notes, thus doing no harm to the illuminist artwork they paint these dollars with. If we all (all who know) do this small chore on the money we each use on a daily basis, eventually (statistically) that money will get around to someone who is open enough to investigate the truth. And eventually, it will be hard to spend money that hasn’t been labeled by us.

Repetition would only spark curiosity.

It would be like organized tagging – graffiti with a cause.

It doesn’t matter what you write or stamp, as long as it has to do with exposing the truth. If it is your own website which explains the truth and exposes corruption, and it gets more hits because of it – so be it. This is not for profit, but for exposure.

Don’t Rock The Vote – Boycott It!


The most detrimental psy-op (physiological operation) perpetrated on the American people is this:

  • that they only fight tyranny through peaceful means, and-
  • that they must fight within the constraints of the law – the very laws, in fact, that the tyrannical and corrupt ones we are fighting against legislate, and once passed, work completely outside of and unrestricted by the very laws they set into place.

The truth is that “calling and writing” your congress and senate is useless, as they are bought and paid for by the same elites who have already ruined this country, and assigned the real power of it over to the United Nations.

The reality is, all of your emails take up no space; only virtual space. And they are filed and discarded with the simple ease of the stroke of a key and the click of the mouse.

You must understand that, once elected, the president appoints elites who funded or are funded by other more powerful elites into positions of power. Chief of Staff, Secretaries of Defense, Treasury, Education, and State, Foreign Affairs Officials, Ambassadors, Judges, Tsars, and even the CEO of PBS! Hundreds of appointed officials. When you elect one man as president, you get instead a whole plethora of corrupt men and women who control the country. The few choices you see in elections are the puppets that the men with real power choose for you.

This is why people like me stopped calling, and for that matter voting for our supposedly elected officials (through electronic voting machines which have been proven to be easily hacked, and vote tallies changed easily) – who then appoint unelected elitists into power once they themselves are elected fraudulently.

This is why I cringe at activist groups who don’t understand that the only way to take back what is rightfully the peoples land and property must be by the same actions that it was won by in the first place. When you begin to understand this, then we may actually have a chance to overcome what can only be called true evil.

Now stop voting damn it!

And if you do vote, remember that you are the one that is legitimizing a corrupt system and keeping it in place through your foolish actions with a false sense of freedom and democracy, in what is, according to the Constitution, supposed to be a republic. And quit blaming the people who don’t vote for the problems of this country, for we didn’t cast an uneducated vote on a fraudulent ballot to usher in 4 more years of the same old crap by the best looking or most popular candidate! If you want to vote, go watch American Idol!

I am calling for a boycott of the voting system. This revolutionary form of dissent is the one and only thing that can make illegitimate the elitist agendas that these men in power are forcing upon us all. By voting for Obama or any other Democrats or Republicans (save a very minute select few), you are voting for everyone he puts into power as well, and everyone who funded his campaign – including the banks that received all of that bail-out money that is bankrupting for the third time in history this great country of ours, this time with no way out.

If everyone boycotted the elections and didn’t vote, it would frighten the ruling elite to the extreme. They would then either have to change their ways, or knowing that their time was coming to an end, get out while the getting is good. An elected official, who is brought into power by only 2% of the American people at the voting booth, would indeed have no justification to accept that political position with any modicum of honor, and his actions would be illegitimate in lieu of his lack of support. But if we keep voting for these crooks, they have that justification. And they will continue to strip away our rights and our Constitution, and pass horrendously tyrannical bills like the Patriot Act and the new Health Care Reform bill, which will kill half of our Bill of rights.

So, let me know when a sufficient number of you face reality and are ready to fight for your rights, instead of hiding behind phones, computer screens, and homemade signs in designated free-speech zones.

The Plague Of Belief – 9/11, Religion, Global Warming, And Other Lies We Must Talk About Reasonably


The Plague of Belief:

There is a plague that has taken hold of America the likes of which will surely be it’s undoing. It is not easy to comprehend, yet it affects every one of us, myself included. Intelligence is not a barrier, ignorance no safe haven. It is a system of unconscious, concentrated belief. One so radical and absorbing that to be caught in its invisible web is surely the most horrifyingly comfortable place imaginable. Proof, scientific fact, historical documentation, gut feelings, or the lack of any of these does not seem to allow our logical deductive reasoning to overcome our outrageous beliefs. And unfortunately, beliefs are historically the downfall of everything… except for the unbelievable.

One example of this prophetic belief can be seen when the average American citizen is presented with evidence that their government is completely corrupt, and obviously so. It is the idea that Americans are the good guys trying to bring democracy to the world (even though we are supposed to be a republic). How? By invading country after country, faking false-flag “terrorist” attacks and then claiming the right to liberate that country from the “terrorists” while systematically destroying the infrastructure and any construct of civilization in that country. Of course, nothing could be farther from the truth. In reality, the invasion and occupation of another country by America always takes place in order to either gain control over the natural resources of that region, or to gain control or replace the president or dictator of that country with an American friendly leader, a puppet dictator or a corporation who will sign over all resources and put that country into a virtually un-payable debt to America which inevitably throws the economy into hunger, starvation, unemployment, civil war, and despair. How many countries has the United States of America invaded or bombed in the last 100 years? Too many. America has troops and bases in more than 70% of the worlds countries, many of which the average American would not even be able to locate on a map.

Why do we have troops in so many countries? I honestly do not know. World economic domination and strategic launching points would be my first guess guess. What I do know is that this is a Libertarians’ (Separatists’) nightmare! It is a Constitutional atrocity. It is costing the taxpayers of America a fortune that is unprecedented in history. It is why Rome fell. In other words, our military has diplomatic relations with around 185 of the total 192 countries that exist around the world, and have bases in most. And it’s certainly no coincidence that all of these “independent states” or countries are members of the United Nations.

To claim to know or even be able to comprehend God, is perhaps the most audacious claim made by men. To be controlled by this book by men who make this claim is paramount to the history of violence and murder in this world’s history. The correct answer on all things heavenly is simply: I do not know. But by all means, I encourage you to do good and seek truth in whatever you perceive as being in God’s name, as I do… because I do believe in evil, and the very (dark) evil men and false evangelists who will stop at nothing to deceive you and destroy your spiritual release. This writing was most definitely not meant for that purpose. As with the beauty and harshness of nature… truth is neither good nor evil, it is only the truth. I’ve heard it said that it doesn’t matter what you believe; only what the ones in power (they) believe.

Another prime example of this blind belief and perhaps top on the most controversial of debates is religion. It is not so much the belief in God as it is the belief in the organizations which take advantage of, exploit, and capitalize on what I consider to be the most illogical of all beliefs: the belief in Jesus Christ as God. These highly organized godly corporations take advantage of peoples naivety to bankroll billions of tax-exempt profits, while completely ignoring the constitutionally profound law of the “separation of church and state”. God and the religious institutions that exploit Him influence voters, pay contributions to political campaigns, interfere seemingly without bounds in the political process, and is even referenced on all of the denominations of currency you currently have in your possession. This would never be allowed in any other relevant sovereign government. If the Prime Minister of England were to claim to Parliament that he talked to God before making his decisions, and that God himself reciprocated with a glorious response (like President Bush), he would be expelled from his role of leader without hesitation and placed into the nearest mental institution.

To understand my contempt for this cultish business of exploitative thieves who use a mythical “Son of God” as their heavenly front man, one only has to view the historical and documented writings from almost all ancient civilizations predating the birth of Christ, which detail the multitude of gods who came before Jesus ever supposedly roamed the earth. It is written in history, predating 3,000 B.C. and continues through to the dawn of the age of Pisces – the birth of the most recent ‘Son of God’. But the same attributes have been recorded on temple walls, stone tablets, on parchments and in the minds of men for centuries before the supposed birth of Jesus Christ. For example: Horus, the sun god (sun of God) of the early Egyptians was born of the virgin Ices on December 25th under a bright star in the east. Three kings (stars in the sky) adored him upon his birth. He became a prodigal child teacher at age 12, and at the age of 30 was baptized by a figure know as Anup, at which time he began his own ministry. He had 12 disciples that he traveled about with performing miracles and healing the sick. He was known by such names as the Truth, the Light of the World, the Lamb of God, the Good Shepherd, and many other gestural names. After being betrayed by a figure known as Typhoon, Horus was crucified, placed in a tomb, was dead for three days, and was thus resurrected. (See Zeitgeist: the movie). Sound familiar? Well, these attributes of so-called messiahs permeate historical record, from almost all past civilizations. The most current of these solar messiahs is none other than Jesus Christ. Most important to this quest for proof, is that no historian other than the biblical storytellers has ever recorded anything about this man Jesus Christ. Surely a man who healed the sick and preformed such wondrous miracles would have been noticed and written about by others… most notably true historians. Even the holy cross is a Pagan spiritual symbol, an adaptation of the cross of the zodiac. Christmas and Easter represent the Equinoxes, or the change of seasons. Almost every Christian symbol used today was stolen or transformed from the nature and earth worshiping Pagans, and blatantly plagiarized to make easier the conversion of the heathen masses into the Christian belief. The proof is out there for anyone who wants to see it… not even our version of Santa Clause originated in America, though he is easier to believe in!

But that brings me back to the point of this rant, the plague of belief. If a figure named Jesus Christ, who was never actually recorded in human historical writings other than in the fictitious parables and stories of a book called “The Bible”, can be believed by so many to be the epitome of God incarnate with no proof, no birth certificate, no historical records, no eye witnesses (the New Testament was written many years after his death), no relatives, no offspring, no father or siblings, no pets, no writings, no grave, not anything tangible as proof of the human part of his existence, how then are we as a people ever to overcome this plague of which I speak? Faith is and always will be the tool of tyranny. Nothing can be more truly stated.

Moving on… there is extremely damning evidence that the “terrorist attacks” of September 11, 2001 were in fact a controlled demolition and an ‘inside job’. Thermite, a chemically based incendiary used in controlled demolitions, has been found in the now solid molten metal, which pooled under the area labeled ground zero for months after the “attack”. The people who are trying to expose this are called crazy, or “conspiracy theorists”. Yet all they want is a new, non-governmental and certainly not federal, unbiased independent investigation into the new proof and evidence at hand, which is completely contrary to the official story… and then for the real people responsible to be held accountable. Nothing more! Does that sound crazy? Yet they cannot get their wish due to the fact that the majority of American citizens still believe that their own government is not capable of such evil acts of murder and treason. This is faith. Despite Vietnam, and despite the unclassified documents available for anyone who wishes to see them which show our government has been involved in such things as human rights violations, war crimes, and other pure evil acts such as torture, eugenics, war, the great depression, the systematic collapse of the U.S. banking system, the confiscation of gold bullion from the public (yes, Fort Knox is empty), the acceptance of an international cartel of private bankers to control our money with no congressional oversight called the Federal Reserve, the illegal and unconstitutional unapportioned federal income tax, the systematic dumbing down and virtual upheaval of the public school system, depleted uranium radiation and nuclear testing on its own unwitting citizens and soldiers and on many a foreign and third world populous, refusal of medical care to it’s veterans and currently deployed and injured soldiers, the overthrow of at least 50 governments around the world since 1920, over 30 of which were bombed, the complicit involvement in the murder of over 200 million human beings in the last century, etc, etc, etc… Why wouldn’t anyone believe our government is capable of the most terrible things you or I can possibly imagine? Yet the church tells us to obey the law of the land and give up our 2nd amendment rights if that’s what the government asks.

Belief… It is the most detrimental sickness ever to plague humankind. No matter how much proof I can present, no matter how ridiculous I can make your belief sound, you will still believe! When I present proof that almost every aspect of the Holy Bible is plagiarized from past cults and religions, you cry heresy because that’s what you are told to do, instead of engaging in intelligent debate. And you believe it’s right. When I ask for evidence, your one irrefutable piece of proof is your faith (belief). Faith in God or faith in Government… I am not sure which disgusts me more. God will provide, the government will provide… Jesus will save you, the government will save you. I believe this blind faith is the single most destructive plague ever to befall the human populous. And no cure seems to be in sight. To call this the enlightened age is an affront to the concept of enlightenment. And even worse, this belief system is managed with striking precision through the corporately owned media. It is broadcast 24/7 into your home, into your car, at work, through the intercom at the grocery store, and through every magazine and newspaper you read. By them… They control you.

Oooooooooooo. Scary.

They… Who are ‘they’ anyway? Are they government officials? The fabulously wealthy owners of mass media? The royalty from around the world? The private bankers who own the Federal Reserve and central banks across the globe? Or are these elite autocrats all the same people? Rupert Murdoch, the owner of Fox and News Corp, also owns over 100 different news publications and media outlets around the world, from magazines and newspapers to television and movie production companies. ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, and even Public Television stations are owned and controlled by a select few corporations. A presidentially appointed mobster heads PBS, making it a censored propaganda machine for the people who believe in the religion of being “Green”. Clear Chanel, Viacom, Time Warner… these companies are all owned and operated by a round table of businessmen and international bankers who sit on each other’s board of directors and decide what it is that you should hear and see… their brand of news and world events. When 6 companies own at least 80% of all media outlets, you should realize that a conflict of interest and a grand conspiracy is afoot. And all of these companies have stakes in the weapons, pharmaceutical, energy, oil, and food production industries. War is big, big, big business and is extremely profitable! Thus, the goal of the war in the Middle East is not to win, not that I could tell you what we would be winning! The goal, as it was in Vietnam, is to sustain the fighting and the occupation for as long as possible at the expense of human life, in order to grab massive profits from the conditions of war. It is highly treasonous, unconstitutional, and horrifically profitable.

I used to believe that man was indeed responsible for “global warming”, what I believed was a relatively new concept stating that the release of greenhouse gasses into the atmosphere was responsible for the undermining of the fragile stratospheric shield which keeps Earth’s temperatures stable and protects the fragile ecosystem inside its life-sustaining bubble. For a long time this made perfect sense, what with the atrocious pollution and waste caused by the human race. Though I never saw any proof that this was the case. I just took it for granted that these people knew what they were talking about and that they had the best interests of humankind in their hearts. Why did I believe this? I don’t know. I had nothing backing up this claim or their claim of love for humanity, except for their constant broadcasting of it. For the longest time the big corporations, businessmen, news-castors, and government officials cast doubt and reason on the fact that global warming was not man-made, that it was not proven, and that in fact the phenomenon didn’t actually exist at all. And they said if it was happening, it was because of numerous natural causes, from crashing ocean waves to cow farts. Of course this seemed like a ridiculous concept to me. I thought they were just trying to protect their ability by law to dump toxic waste and pollutants into the water, ground, and air in which we breathe. I had even heard the preposterous claim by some that global warming was a hoax perpetrated on the people of the earth in order to usher in a world government, which would collect a carbon tax – a tax on the carbon emissions of everything and everyone on the planet. This was ridiculous, right?

And then something strange and miraculous happened: Rupert Murdoch, in a sudden unheard of change of heart, proclaimed loudly that he was wrong. ‘Global warming is real’, he said, ‘and it is all mankind’s fault!’ He referred to his children and his concern for their future. Well let me tell you, this was the equivalent of Gabriel’s’ trumpet proclaiming the apocalypse to me… instead of reinforcing my belief in global warming, it shook my blind faith in the unequivocal guilt of mankind. At this point, I decided I had better really look into this thing. After all, a guy like this doesn’t just suddenly turn on his constituents and big business partners. There had to be something ominous behind this horrifying admission. This was like the head of the mob suddenly turning on his minions and ratting them out. No way, Jose! I was confused. There was something more to this for sure… and I wanted to know what it was.

And then, bang! Al Gore came out with his Inconvenient Truth, and I was emotionally blind-sided. With his well-articulated so-called facts and figures, he threw me right back into the abyss. I recommended it to everyone I knew, and I even said it was “the most relevant and important movie in history.” Ugh! I stayed in this righteous state of mind for many months, with no doubt in my mind that everything this man had said was the truth. I didn’t need to check his facts. I was emotionally driven to spread the word as if I were a Christian trying to spread the gospel to the retched unsaved. I would get extremely upset at anyone who tried to controvert my pompous opinion of what the facts were. After all, Al gore is a good man, right? He was vice-president! Why would he lie? What possible motive could he have to deceive the world’s population? And those poor, poor stranded polar bears…

Soon, as it always does for me, the overwhelming irrational and emotional conviction towards this movie’s credibility slipped away, and I returned to my rational search for the truth. Though I did not intend to find the proof that this was all a lie, it found me as soon as I re-opened my eyes, and the logically thinking right side of my brain began to rule its emotional nemeses. It turned out that scientists around the world had long been studying the sun’s impact on Earth’s temperatures. It seems that the sun, a massive ball of extremely volatile gaseous heat, was extremely unstable… yet strangely predictable. You see in 2001, as it had so many times before in its unthinkably ancient existence, the sun reached what is called it’s solar maximum. This means in layman’s terms, that the sun was at it’s hottest point in a continuous cycle of heating and cooling; the middle of a hot cycle in fact. This cycle is measured by keeping track of the sun’s sunspots: huge eruptions on the star’s surface. These in turn are what make the solar system, including Earth, hotter or colder in a given cycle. Was our planet getting hotter? Yes. Were Mars and Venus getting hotter? Yes. Wait a minute… how could man-made global warming be affecting the temperatures of the rest of the planets out there? Why, at the same time our ice caps were melting, were those of the other planets melting as well? Surely the power of man and our pollution was not that far reaching! Then the bombshell fell: California representative Henry Waxman, the most sinisterly gruesome looking man I have ever laid eyes upon, introduced a new bill called H.R. 2454: American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009. This bill was fast tracked through committee and quite swiftly approved by the House of Representatives despite an almost total lack of support by the people and districts they are supposedly representing. This was it… a global tax on carbon emissions in the form of a cap and trade system. Those supposedly nutty carbon tax conspiracy guys were right all along. Now it all came together in my head. It was indeed all a lie. Global warming is a nefarious hoax.

It came out not long ago that the captivating picture in Al Gore’s movie of the polar bears stranded helplessly, waiting for their impending death on what remained of the small melting icebergs in the middle of the Arctic ocean, was actually just part of a larger picture. No, I mean literally! It was edited, cropped and Photo-shopped. The large mass of land that was actually less than a mile from these icy perches was cut out of the picture, for the purposes of a purely emotional response. The bears could have easily taken a leisurely swim to get back to shore. In fact, after reading some real science, Polar bear populations have been rising for many years; from 5,000 to well over 25,000 since real conservation had been put into place. Even more insulting was the fact that of those Polar Bear populations in trouble, most were suffering due to an increase of ice and lower temperatures affecting their habitats. And then I discovered the golden egg, the big secret that was no secret at all. All one had to do was look. Al Gore, it turned out, had helped fund and start a carbon credit trading company called ‘Generation Investment Management’ about two years before his famed, Oscar winning, Nobel Peace Prize winning documentary. This asshole actually buys his own carbon credits from himself. It’s almost like buying stock in your own company.

Other facts came out as well, such as times in history when carbon measurements in the air were 15 times higher than that of Al Gores figures of what they are today. It quickly became obvious to me that this was perhaps one of the best-laid propaganda schemes since the days of Hitler, if those days ever really ended. And now, in September of 2009, the sun is in the middle of it’s solar minimum, thus far having 198 (or 79%) sunspot-free days. The sunspots were all but gone for 2008 as well, as there were no sunspots observed on 266 of the year’s 366 days (73%). 2008 was the most sunspot-free year in the last half century, since the space age began. In fact, the last time the sun went this long without solar flares and spot activity was when the earth went through a mini ice age in the 16th and 17th centuries, when little or no sunspot activity was taking place. And now, as the lack of heat is finally reaching the earth and its fellow orbiting planets from its long travel through the solar system, it seems global warming is going away. The ice shelves actually gained ice for the last few years, and not only the ones on earth! There were suddenly highly irregular ice and snowstorms in Kenya and in parts of the hot South African desert in 2008. It has been the coolest, mildest couple of summers in many years. In fact, so many record snowfall and cold temperature records were set in the winter of 2008/2009 that it was hard to keep track (Iceagenow.com does a very good job though). And now, to my amusement and chagrin, I have started to hear the most insultingly ridiculous propaganda to date: that global cooling is actually man-made! And the new catch-phrase is “Climate change”, which is of course caused by us as well.

Now, please don’t construe any of this to mean that myself or anyone in the scientific or rationally thinking fact-based community doesn’t recognize that there is truly a life-threatening problem with irresponsible human consumption and pollution on a global scale. In fact, I am more worried about this than most, because I know the truth. It is obvious that these careless traits of a population gone rogue against it’s environment and it’s very connection to nature are slowly destroying parts of our life sustaining environment. This is absolutely provable, and it never will be in question by any rational thinking man or woman. But do not be fooled by a brilliant but false global condition invented for the sole purpose of taxing you for even the air you breath, or more accurately, exhale. If these CEO’s and politicians actually believed in what they are purporting as fact, and that it would soon lead to virtually the end of civilization and indeed mankind, then we would all be driving solar powered cars by next year. Our cities’ power grids would immediately be replaced with renewable alternatives like wind and solar. Profits would become insignificant, overshadowed by the real threat of life itself literally ceasing to be, making the dollar truly worthless. The dead cannot consume. Quality would be replaced with disposable quantity again. And the toxic companies who are the main polluters of this earth would immediately cease their dirty practices or be immediately shut down. Who in their right mind would choose the almighty dollar over life itself? It would be a paradox, leaving nobody left to spend or consume. Global warming and cooling are caused by the roughly 7-year solar minimums and maximums (heating and cooling) of the sun. Don’t believe the hype or the made up crises’, which are meant to distract you from reality: that global warming just isn’t real. Do your own research and strive for the truth! Just make sure that the United Nations and the Federal Government propaganda machine don’t fund the research you use.

On a different note… The Holy Grail has been discovered: it’s the TV. Television broadcasts are perhaps the most debilitating weapon of disinformation and distraction ever conceived. Consumer oriented advertising and fictional realities are thrust into the viewers mind with a highly calibrated flicker rate, placing them in a trancelike state. Both visual and audible subliminal advertising force themselves into your brain, making you buy products you don’t need and actually ask your doctor for medications to recently invented diseases, the side effects of which usually amount to more illness and even suicidal thoughts or death. And now we see new medications to treat the side effects of the others! At what point do you stop and question this madness? When did news become entertainment instead of a source for needed unbiased and factual community, national, and international information? Guesswork, opinion, and commentary are now the order of the day. Just analyze your next conversation! How much of what you say from your ideas to your beliefs, is what you hear or read from the corporate owned media? Why do you think you get upset or even mad without understanding why, when anyone talks bad about your ethnic president or anything else you believe to be true, but have no evidence or proof of? At what point will the American people realize that after all, they do not live in a free country: that they are actually one of the most censored, restricted, biased, brain-washed, policed, imprisoned, and uneducated civilizations per capita on earth? The facts and figures are out there for everyone to see. But how do we make the people see? How do we break through the suffocating system of belief that destroys the average persons’ logic and intellect? How can you still believe that the U.S.A. is #1, that we are a free country, or even that we are the good guys?

Don’t believe any of this? I realize there is a lack of some references for some material I’ve presented in this rant. This is because I know that writing in a few references will not make you believe, or even go check these facts. So… I challenge you to watch the following movies and visit the following websites. Then, go and check any of these facts on your own. Just stay away from corporate owned and sponsored sources! Then and only then can you make an educated analysis for yourself. And in a country whose education level has dropped to nearly 3rd world status, with almost 50% illiteracy, we all better start self-educating ourselves… and soon.

End The Fed? Ok, but lets talk first!


This whole End The Fed campaign is starting to worry me.

If I were part of the rich and powerful globalist elites who control the money and it’s inflationary and deflationary status, and I wanted to destroy the U.S. dollar, the economy, and the Constitution of the United States, the most logical thing I could do would be to indeed End The Federal Reserve. Then it would be much easier to bring in a world currency.

And the way I would do it?

I would provocateur a campaign to expose the Fed (which I all but own) and then get the people angry enough at it to want to expose it, and end it.

So… the people would unwittingly do my dirty work for me!

I would then use my interest in the United Nations and its powers to institute a global currency to replace the dollar, the fiat currency that the uninformed but well-intentioned people got rid of for me.

The moral of the story is this: Ya’ll better have a replacement currency system in place before “Ending The Fed”, or else you might just inadvertently “End The USA” on accident and as a side effect of your unfocused patriotism. I am deeply concerned about so many unorganized, or more importantly un-united political action groups working so hard and for so many different purposes. Only through the unification of all of these smaller groups into one united force will we be able to do what needs to be done. We can all agree that the Fed, along with its many acronymic enforcing bodies (FBI, IRS, etc…) is the root of most of the evils that befell this once great country. Yes, the income tax is a fraud. But caution must be maintained in dealing with this, lest we all take a giant step of a cliff with no safety net and no bottom.

Misplaced and unchecked confidence in the validity and strength of our cause might be our undoing.

When Bloomberg and other “mainstream” conglomerate media corporations begin touting the necessity of exposing or ending the Fed, I know there is something more happening here… something that none of us can fully comprehend.

A very good personal example: When Rupert Murdoch of Fox fame came forward on international television and “admitted” that global warming was real and man-made… I finally knew for sure that it most certainly was not man made or real!!!

Let’s unite the factions, join together as one powerful group force, and think this through.
